There is a need to reach new immigrants from China in Quebec City, many of whom own convenience stores (dépanneurs), and have no church to attend.
In 2007, Rev. Daniel Fong experienced a clear call to this mission field and responded by initiating this New Venture.
Says Daniel, "Quebec City caught my attention as early as 2011, and again in 2014 when I moved back to Montreal after 20 years of absence from the city. God has given me a heart to serve in places that are in great need of pastors in general and in French-speaking regions in particular."

Daniel was born in Hong Kong and came to Toronto in his late teens to finish his last year of high school where he met his sweetheart Judy. They got married after finishing university and moved to Montreal thereafter. They heeded God's call to move back to Hong Kong in 1994 where Daniel enrolled in the Alliance Bible Seminary (founded by Alliance leader Robert A. Jaffray in China).
