The ministry of Christian Motel Ministries New Venture in Niagara Falls takes the incarnational model of Jesus–that is, moving into the neighbourhood–very seriously! Their mission is to bring the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ to the underhoused people of Niagara by planting churches mainly in motels. Within these motels, the church evangelizes, teaches, provides one-on-one discipling as well as food and clothing and watches the lives of people in Niagara Falls change through the power of The Holy Spirit.
Adam Ane comments on recent events within the church: "Three people got baptized last month and we expect three more this month. We have seen the goodness of God both in healings and newness of life. People who have not yet experienced the Lord have seen His greatness regardless.
"One family stumbled upon the Carriage House Room (a motel where people have been gathering) and attended ever since. They were in a shelter program but their diligence in seeking God has been rewarded lavishly. They have now moved out of the motel into a large apartment and have welcomed a new baby. They have been gathering with Glengate (Christian Motel Missions' supporting church) and will have their children dedicated soon. We see how God is caring for all their needs. The mother of this family is one of those who have been baptized this year."
