Praise God for answered prayer! Over the last few months, we have been praying for opportunities to connect with neighbours and also for someone to help with our praise and worship. One afternoon, I received an email from a couple who is looking for a church in the neighbourhood of Yonge and Eglinton. After meeting up for coffee, we found out that he lives in the neighbourhood, works in the neighbourhood, and is also someone who has a degree in worship. They were truly God's answer to our prayers and their presence has been a huge encouragement to our church family.
Upon moving the location of our conversation cafe to the church (school) location, we have had a growing number of students. One Tuesday evening, we had almost sixty people packed into four classrooms. We are constantly amazed by who God brings into these English conversation circles, especially people from all regions around the world.
